Broken or corrupted files
Files not opening or inaccessible
We will:
Share you the access for the new link within 60 minutes.
In very limited scenarios, if the file remains inaccessible even after replacement and technical support, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion, after internal verification. Refunds in such cases will be credited within 7-10 Days.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Incorrect selection of product
Disinterest after purchase
All issues must be reported within 3 working days.
