Return & Refund Policy

At Get-Data, we deal in digital products—specifically, data files that are delivered directly via email. Due to the nature of our service, we maintain a strict NO RETURN AND NO REFUND policy once the product has been successfully delivered.

However, we understand that technical issues can occur.

In the rare event of the following:

  • Broken or corrupted files

  • Files not opening or inaccessible

We will:

  • Share you the access for the new link within 60 minutes.

 

Refunds (in exceptional cases)

In very limited scenarios, if the file remains inaccessible even after replacement and technical support, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion, after internal verification. Refunds in such cases will be credited within 7-10 Days.


Please Note:

  • Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect selection of product

    • Disinterest after purchase

  • All issues must be reported within 3 working days.
